Cardio-Neuro-Cogntive-Behavioral Technique (CNCBT)
Cardio-Neuro-Cognitive-Behavioral Training (CNCBT) is a method for training emotional regulation by combining physical activation (Cardio-), brain-based learning (Neuro-), and cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT) into one integrated practice.
Instead of trying to control anger through insight or willpower alone, CNCBT trains calm responses while the body is activated, under conditions that closely resemble real emotional stress. By pairing movement (such as power walking, cycling, or stair climbing) with structured skills like AARV(4), the nervous system learns to regulate itself automatically.
In simple terms, CNCBT approaches emotional regulation the way we approach physical fitness: through repetition, load, and recovery—not motivation or suppression.
